Josh Feldberg, Real Estate Agent at Your Town Realty, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in real estate.
Upon arriving to the United States from Israel in 2016, when Mr. Feldberg discovered realtors sold properties to investors for more than half a million dollars he became intrigued by the industry. Following his interest, he began renovating client’s houses, learning about computers and soon managed all aspects of their houses. Mr. Feldberg received his real estate license in 2019 and since sold 30 to 40 properties, liquidated them or turned them into a success with good tenants and money. As a real estate agent with Your Town Realty, he handles various responsibilities of the real estate process including taking care of tenant issues, assure investors are up to date with their taxes, manage renovations and help with interior design. Notably, in 2020, Mr. Feldberg was featured as a Top Agent in Top Agent Magazine.
In the earlier years of his career, Mr. Feldberg was the marketing and sales manager for TADAM from 2005 to 2007, also working in sales, marketing and internet marketing for Metropark for three years until 2010. Simultaneously, he was the chief executive officer and owner of Vision Imaging from 2008 to 2012, as well as the senior manager of Boutique Floor-TLV and a partner and marketing manager of Define Ltd. between 2010 and 2012. Progressing professionally, Mr. Feldberg had also been the senior manager at Averbuch-Parquet and Cladding Ltd. and the founder of YF Marketing Design between 2012 and 2016. Attributing his growth and success to hard work and perseverance, he also credits his mentors for their motivation. Looking ahead, he aims to become a key figure in Pittsburgh real estate and eventually branch out into other cities. Mr. Feldberg received a Bachelor of Arts in business management from the University of Derby in the United Kingdom in 2009.
