Dr. LaMarche celebrates more than four decades of professional experience as a chiropractic specialist and has served as vice president of university advancement and enrollment and of professional relations at Life University in Marietta, Georgia, since 2013. Established in 1974, the private university is one of the largest chiropractic collegiate institutions in the world also offers 20 other degree programs at the associate, bachelors and masters levels. In his role, Dr. LaMarche is responsible for university recruitment, fundraising, alumni outreach, endowment campaigns, and team advancement.
Outside of his work at Life University, Dr. LaMarche has found success as the president and chief executive officer of LaMarche Management Inc. since 1979. Furthermore, he developed a laudable reputation as the vice president of the Parker College of Chiropractic, where he served between 2008 and 2012, and practiced as a certified 6 Advisors coach on behalf of the 6 Advisors Coaching Academy from 2005 until 2012. Dr. LaMarche initially became involved in the chiropractic profession in 1979, when he became the director and owner of the Chiropractic Wellness Center, a business he maintained until 2004.
Prior to embarking upon his professional journey, Dr. LaMarche sought a formal education at the University of Toronto, from which he earned a Bachelor of Science in biology in 1975. Following this accomplishment, he obtained a Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1979. Dr. LaMarche continued his academic efforts several decades later at Cornell University, where he attained certification in executive leadership in 2012.
A prolific writer, Dr. LaMarche has penned a number of motivational books and chiropractic texts, including “Workplace Wellness and Ergonomics,” 2021, “Tribe of Chiropractic Mentors,” 2018, “The Bigness of Chiropractic – A Collection of Essays,” 2017, “The ART of Being Healthy – Real Life Stories of Children and Mothers Healing with Chiropractic,” 2016, and others. Likewise, Dr. LaMarche has delivered speeches at various industry seminars and conferences and was named Canadian Chiropractor of the Year by the Canadian Chiropractor Magazine in 2006.
