Greg Gabica, Senior Mortgage Advisor at Finance of America Mortgage, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in the financial services industry.
Since 2017, Mr. Gabica has served as a senior mortgage advisor for Finance of America Mortgage LLC, where he draws on 15 years of expertise in mortgage banking and home equity to help clients find the best fit for their financing needs. A graduate of the University of Oregon’s Lundquist College of Business, he earned a Bachelor of Science in finance and psychology in 2006. While studying, he developed an interest in the mortgage industry, and saw home equity as one of the biggest assets that a person could add to their financial portfolio. Initially intending to pursue a career in financial analysis, Mr. Gabica began working for Wells Fargo as an assistant branch manager after completing his degree.
After four years with Wells Fargo, Mr. Gabica joined Paramount Equity as a financial specialist in 2010. He continued to deepen his knowledge of the changing demands and challenges of the housing market as a mortgage banker for Summit Mortgage Corporation, where he worked from 2012 until 2014, whereupon he returned to Wells Fargo as a home mortgage consultant. Presently, he is focused on his work with Finance of America, through which he manages new and existing client loans, welcomes new referrals, and handles anything under the conventional lending umbrella. The recipient of a Five-Star Mortgage Professional Award, Mr. Gabica has been recognized as a top lending professional and strives to pass along the same top-tier level of knowledge and service to each client.
Mr. Gabica attributes his career success to the work ethic that he learned from his family and as a high school and college athlete. Likewise, he credits his natural competitive streak, which pushes him to be the best that he can become. As a part of his commitment to serving others and building a strong community, Mr. Gabica supports his local American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals and Children’s International chapters and makes regular contributions to area food banks.
