Since 2009, Ms. Hough has served as the owner of her own electrical business, Electrical Saver 1200. Likewise, since 2020, she has distinguished herself as the president and co-owner of Hough Industries Inc., under whose aegis Ultimate Flags Inc. operates. What began as a small entrepreneurial venture on the side of a road in 1997 had since developed a considerable following by the time Ms. Hough and her husband purchased the business in 2020.
Prior to embarking upon her professional journey, Ms. Hough attended Indian River State College, from which she earned an associate’s degree in business in 2000. Throughout the course of her subsequent career, she has attributed her standout success to her persistence and refusal to give up on her dreams. To commemorate her accomplishments, Ms. Hough’s company was notably highlighted in an article on the website of South Central Florida Life, an independent news organization.
Looking towards the future Ms. Hough and her husband hope to further expand the scope of Ultimate Flags Inc. and reach new customers. To this end, they have begun designing more customer flags for historical collectors. Civically, Ms. Hough also enjoys supporting local charities for veterans and, in her spare time, delights in such avocations as spending time with her family and being outdoors.
