In this capacity, he has served as the chief operators officer and general manager since 2010, having begun his career as a humble server and bartender. As a testament of his success, Mr. Clark received a Certificate of Business Excellence from the Palace Institute, and his establishment was named as the Best of Columbia and Best Italian Restaurant.
