Wilfred Gomez, President of Seequelle, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in human resources technology.
Mr. Gomez is an entrepreneur and human resources technology expert with nearly 20 years of expertise in the field. Since 2015, he has been the head of operations at Seequelle, an Atlanta-based human resources consulting, implementation, and management firm that he helped establish. Driven by a desire to move past the cold working relationships that employees and management tend to have, Mr. Gomez hopes to create a corporate environment built on principles of mutual growth and partnership. At Seequelle, he oversees sales, payroll, and staffing in addition to larger project oversight and operations management functions, building on his background in human capital management and technology.
A graduate of Ryerson University, Mr. Gomez earned a Bachelor of Communications in business information systems in 2002 and began his career as a consultant for Insystems, where he would spend the next two years. Between 2004 and 2008, he was a solutions specialist with Infor Global Solutions, leaving the company to pursue an independent consulting opportunity and a senior consultant- presales engineer role with Camilion Solutions. Already recognized as an innovator in human resources, Mr. Gomez joined Dayforce in 2010 as a lead consultant, transitioning into a delivery manager position until 2013. After spending a year as the director of implementation for Ceridian HCM, Mr. Gomez launched Seequelle in 2015, while also serving as director of the Innovaca Group, another major Atlanta firm.
Seequelle was named one of the fastest-growing companies of 2020 and Mr. Gomez has been the recipient of a UKG UtiliPro Professionals White Glove Award for his work in simplifying and implementing complex software solutions. A member of the Society for Human Resource Management, he looks forward to the continued growth of Seequelle and the ongoing development of new ways to improve on old human resources processes and tools. He credits his college education, which offered a blend of business and technology, with equipping him for his current path, and hopes to see Seequelle continue to thrive.
