Ms. Neuhaus is an award-winning residential real estate broker celebrating more than 15 years of expertise in buying and selling homes and new construction options along the Colorado Front Range. Since 2011, she has been the managing broker and owner of Neuhaus Real Estate, Inc., building on four years as a broker associate of PorchLight Real Estate and over a decade of marketing experience to manage a team of 15 realtors. After graduating from Loveland High School, Ms. Neuhaus began her sales and management career as the director of marketing and accounts for All Seasons Ground Maintenance, a role she held from 1998 until 2005. She found success concurrently as a working fine artist and marketing coordinator for Sue Fuller’s Art Studio and the marketing director for Red Hot Graphics through the early 2000s before pursuing her passion for real estate full-time in 2007.
Named one of the Best of Zillow, among the top three percent of agents on Trulia, and a perennial favorite of 5280 Magazine, Ms. Neuhaus has cultivated a reputation for excellence in customer service and a dedication to advocating for her clients. She is a volunteer for the Regional Building Committee and an expert witness and educator for Neighbor to Neighbor, a nonprofit organization representing homebuyers throughout the Denver metro area.
