With more than a decade of professional experience to his credit, Mr. Harman has been an associate broker with Cushman & Wakefield, a commercial real estate company, since 2017. From 2015 to 2018, he was the co-founder of Synergistic Holdings LLC, and in 2018 he additionally became a LEED Green Associate through the San Diego Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council. From 2007 to 2014, Mr. Harman was a patient services coordinator with Imaging Healthcare Specialists, and in 2011 he served the Maranatha Christian Schools as an assistant lacrosse coach.
In preparation for his professional pursuits, Mr. Harman began his academic efforts at Comillas Pontifical University in Madrid, Spain, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2015. In 2017, he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the University of San Diego, and he concluded his higher education at the University of San Diego School of Business, receiving a Master of Science in real estate in 2019.
Mr. Harman has devoted his time to various additional endeavors over the course of his career, including contributing to Rady Children’s Hospital-San Diego since 2003 and working with a mission trip to Guadalajara, Mexico, through the Garden Christian Fellowship in 2014. For his accomplishments, he has been recognized by the San Diego Business Journal with awards for Best Team Industrial Sale for 2018, 2019, and 2020, in addition to receiving a scholarship from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors in 2018. Mr. Harman maintains affiliation with the USD Real Estate Society, the National Association of Industrial & Office Properties, the Urban Land Institute and the University of San Diego Alumni Association.
