Mr. Pearse became interested in his career field while in college. He earned a Bachelor of Science in geology from Bowling Green State University in 1990. From there, he took postgraduate coursework in hydrogeology, groundwater contaminate modeling, quantitative/qualitative borehole geophysics, and GIS programming at The Ohio State University from 1994 to 1995. Continuing to gain more experience for his career, he received a certificate of completion for Preventing Discrimination and Harassment for Managers from Thomas Reuters in 2019, OSHA 30 Training First Aid and CPR in 2016 and 2020, a certificate in construction quality control management from the US Corps of Engineers from 2016 to 2020 and certified in QCS/RMS/NAVFAC in 2021.
Mr. Pearse began his career in 2003, as the owner, president, quality control manager, and SSHO consultant with Project Resource Management, Inc., where he remained until 2010. In 2011, he became the owner of Submittal Desk, LLC. From 2011 to 2014, he became a precon/construct closeout corporate quality control manager for Catamount Constructors. The following two years, he was the SSHO lead closeout PM corporate quality control manager and warranty manager with Brady Fluor, LLC. Since 2016, he has been a corporate lead quality control manager and project manager of Windamir Development, Inc. Looking toward the future, Mr. Pearse is hoping to be stationed in the corporate office. He wants to be able to work from home, conducting video chats, traveling with the staff, and being on the operation side of his current work.
