Steven C. Sampler, CEO, president, and owner of the Andae Investment Group, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in real estate investment.
Mr. Sampler is the president, owner, CEO, and COO of the Andae Investment Group, LLC, a St. Louis-based real estate holdings and investment company that helps assist clients in developing financial literacy. He describes the company as an operation specializing in “buying, selling, and managing property while teaching what most people think is a secret.” Mr. Sampler considers his most important work with the company to have been the opportunities he has created to pass along economic stability and advantages to the greater community and help create opportunities for members of the area community to pursue and achieve a measure of independence. A 20-year veteran of the real estate industry, Mr. Sampler created Andae Investment Group, LLC, in 1997 as a response to the hard work and commitment he knew that economically disadvantaged neighborhoods require to grow and thrive. He stepped into the company’s CEO and COO roles in 2008, and remained secretary of the company until 2013.
In early 2020, Mr. Sampler also launched Andae Essential Development Programs, a “pre-apprenticeship” entrepreneurship training and financial literacy program for teens and adults created to help expand the mission of Andae Investment Group, LLC, and keep communities and money reinvested into disadvantaged areas. Before beginning his career in real estate, Mr. Sampler completed business and commerce coursework at Hazelwood East and pursued auto mechanic technician training at Ofallon Technical in the early 1980s. As a part of his commitment to helping build and enrich the greater community, Mr. Sampler has been a sophomore representative at the Clyde C. Miller Career Academy since 2011 and is active in outreach through the Urban League and the Boys and Girls Club of St. Louis. In the coming years, he hopes to expand Andae Investment Group’s reach to create educational and empowering programming in other cities throughout the region.
