Celebrating over 20 years of experience in financial lending and business development, Mr. West has dedicated his career to assisting both residential and commercial property owners nationwide with financing options to fulfill their goals. He initially obtained an associate’s degree in business administration from Nassau Community College before graduating with a bachelor’s degree in business, communications and finance from Baruch College in 1996. Certified by the Multiple Listing Service and licensed as a loan officer, he found notable success within the industry as a legal collector for Forster and Garbus Law Office, a legal assistant for Thomas Parkes Law Office, a branch manager for Apex Mortgage and a mortgage banker for Precision Financial Corporation. Previously, Mr. West garnered experience in collections at eHome Credit, National Financial Systems, Coldata Inc., A.G. Adjustment Ltd., First Chicago National Bank and through an internship with FOX 5 New York.
In addition to his role with West Capital Consultants, Mr. West has established himself as a senior mortgage banker TNI Finances. In this capacity, he assists clients throughout the loan process and works with various mortgage lenders, including Mortgage Enterprise and United Mortgage. Moreover, he specializes in FHA and VA loans, as well as several different FNMA conventional programs. Throughout his career, he has maintained a professional affiliation with the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, as well as his local church, through which he has provided numerous financial literacy seminars. Looking toward the future, Mr. West aims to expand his real estate services in order to purchase commercial assets, while focusing on fixing and flipping properties, construction and expanding his portfolio of projects.
