With the innate desire to learn how to build and continue forward with a constructive and proactive approach, Mr. Sneeringer has excelled in his professional career as an international project manager, taking on various feats throughout his industry. In his early years, he began constructing his first project “a solar/wind-powered facility” with his father on a property for which he made the purchase agreement at only 19 years old. While perusing his dream of constructing the perfect project/campus, he traveled overseas for work which landed him in Luanda, Angola in Africa in 2005. Subsequently, Mr. Sneeringer decided to work internationally to continue building the ideal of self-sufficiency, to gain the worldly knowledge needed in his profession, and as well as to help others.
Mr. Sneeringer has worked in more than 25 countries, and thus has developed a very unique understanding of international relations, cross-culture relationships, and very unique team dynamics during his travels. Over the years leading up to 2021, some of the locations deployed to can be listed as; Angola, South Africa, Nepal, Mexico, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Malawi, Washington DC, Paraguay, Venezuela, Tajikistan, North Carolina, Jordan, France, Russia, the Dominican Republic, the Netherlands, Thailand, Sri Lanka, and Italy. Throughout his career, he has attributed his professional success to having a very strong work ethic, desire to help others, and bottom line a team centric approach to management and success. To attest to his success, Mr. Sneeringer has been recognized among the Top 40 Under 40 in Business Alabama by the American General Contractors Association.
Today, Mr. Sneeringer excels with Caddell Construction in security and construction management as a private general contractor for the U.S. Department of State. Since 2020, he has held the role of senior international project manager with Caddell Construction, in which he has also gained expertise in operations, management, leadership, building and construction within the very dynamic international environment. In addition, Mr. Sneeringer co-founded Okanagan Highlands Lavender Farm with his wife, Ana. Together, they operate the farm as a non-profit organization focused on educating both young and old generations about the ability to be self-sufficient and leading a sustainable lifestyle, also giving a place for those who need to seek serenity and in particular the; the youth, the elderly, and U.S. Combat veterans. Currently stationed in Southern India, Mr. Sneeringer also maintains membership with the Associated General Contractors of America, Inc.
