Specializing in strategic packaging design, retail merchandising, integrated communications strategies, graphic design and brand rationalization, Ms. Long is proud to solve business problems in one of the most fast-paced and challenging industries in the world. A problem solver at heart, she is proud to bring her clients innovative solutions that are sharp, sound and strategic. At Links Creative Alliance, she manages eight seasoned professionals and assists clients in translating their needs to develop into marketing solutions. In addition to collaborating with the most renowned agencies in the business, she has worked with notable consumer products and commercial manufacturers Motorola, General Electric, RCA, Jensen, Fanimation and Sherwin Williams. Prior to her success with Links Creative Alliance, she found success as the director of visual merchandising at Ingersoll Rand, the global packaging director at Thomson Telecom and the design director at Brainstorm Design.
Inspired to pursue a career in graphic design while in high school, Ms. Long obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts and Telecommunications from Indiana University Bloomington in 1994 and a Master of Science in leadership and marketing from Indiana Wesleyan University in 1998. For her achievements in the field, she was recognized as one of the Top 100 Designers to Watch in 2000. Over the course of her career, she has maintained her involvement on the membership and donor advisory board of the Indiana War Memorial Foundation and the advisory committee of visual communications at Ivy Tech Community College. Moreover, she has served as the president of the American Institute of Graphic Arts. Looking toward the future, she believes that communicators will become more prevalent in the industry.
