Glynis V. Lee, MBA, PMP, Vice President at Infor Global Solutions, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in human resources technology.
Ms. Lee was taught to find her passion and once she does, success will follow. She came from a family of educators, but that was not the direction she wanted to go. She fell into technology and stuck with it. She began college at the age of 16, so she was unsure as to what she wanted to do. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in environmental economics from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey in 1986. She then received a Master of Business Administration in management information systems from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, Newark in 1991. Upon completion of her degrees, she became certified in diversity and inclusion, received a certificate in high-performance leadership from Cornell University, a certificate in executive leadership, and a PMI Certification.
Ms. Lee is most proud of working on inclusion in the community and moving into the role she is in now. She began her professional career in 1986 as a programmer with the City Federal Savings Bank, staying until 1988. She then became a project manager at Merck from 1991 to 1997. In 1997, she became the director of HR/payroll systems at Cox Communications, remaining until 2003. From 2003 to 2008, she was an executive director of the Atlanta Public Schools. In 2008, she joined Trinity Consulting/Lee Consulting Company in the role of chief executive officer and managing consultant, remaining until 2020. Since 2020, she has been a vice president of inclusion in the community and HR technology at Infor Global Solutions. As a testament to her success, Ms. Lee has been inducted as a member of the National Diversity Council, PMI and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
