Dee Ward, MBA, Division Manager at Brikksen Stainless Steel Fasteners, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in the wholesale industry.
Mr. Ward obtained a Bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of the Cumberlands in 2000. During this time, he began his career as an outside sales manager with 84 Lumber from 2001 to 2010. Thereafter, he found success as a missions strategist with the International Mission Board in Porto Alegre, Brazil. As a result, he returned to academia to earn a Master’s degree in cross-cultural missions from the Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2015. Currently, he is in pursuit of a Master of Business Administration from the University of the Cumberlands.
Currently, as the division manager for Brikksen Stainless Steel Fasteners, Mr. Ward serves stainless steel fasteners to markets in Mexico, Canada, South America and Europe. Capitalizing on his belief that ministry can happen in a multitude of areas, he is happy to have contributed his expertise as a business leader with the International Mission Board. For his contributions in the field, he is honored to have been presented with the German Stevie Award in 2019 and the Certificate of the Top Potential Program of the Leadership Program for Future CEOs of Wurth Group in Germany. A lifelong baseball enthusiast, he is gratified to serve as the assistant baseball coach for the Hagerty Huskies in an effort to develop young baseball players by teaching fundamental baseball skills and life lessons. Looking toward the future, he aims to be fully running a company as a managing director or a chief executive officer.
