Stephen V. Molitierno, Chief Executive Officer and President of Marsh Business Services, LLC, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in information technology.
Mr. Molitierno obtained an Associate’s degree in Liberal Arts and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Supply Chain Management (Logistics) from The Pennsylvania State University in 1977. He subsequently began his career as a systems analyst for ADTECH. Continuing his career, he gained valuable professional expertise with IBM/Comsat/Aetna Satellite Business Systems, for which he served as transportation operations manager, program manager of marketing operations, and regional sales manager. Later completing advanced credits in transportation law and regulation from the University of Wisconsin and advanced credits in supervisory management at Rutgers State University of New Jersey. Over the next 20 years, he continued to work with numerous branches of IBM, including IBM Federal Marketing, IBM North America Government, IBM Market Management, IBM Healthcare, and IBM Solutions.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Molitierno is gratified to have supported the launch of five commercial communication satellites, three of which were on Delta rockets and the last two were on the Space Shuttle, which provided Fortune 500 companies with data and communications services. Dedicated to his community, he has served as a member, vice president and president of the board of advisors for Pennsylvania State University-New Kensington, as a community member for the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center St. Margaret’s Hospital’s Patient Safety Committee and Patient and Family Advisory Council, and as a member of the Pennsylvania Medical Reserve Corps. He has had professional affiliations with organizations such as the American Marketing Association, the Association of Information Technology Professionals, the Society of Logistics Engineers, and the Penn State Alumni Association. Looking toward the future, he plans business development activities with Marsh Business Services, LLC. Though his career has included many highlights, he is most proud to have worked for IBM which has a reputation for excellence and respect for the individual and on IBM on programs that benefited the public.
