Patricia Ann King, Minister and President of Eye of the Needle, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in ministerial service.
As a minister and the president of Eye of the Needle, Ms. King has devoted her life to faith and service. At Eye of the Needle, she provides basic services to those in need, including helping hospitals, police, and domestic abuse victims. She has served in numerous roles in addition to her ministerial endeavors, including as a middle school teacher in different public schools over the course of 13 years, a temporary accountant, and a test proctor. In addition, Ms. King was involved with youth summer programs.
In recognition of her religious work, Ms. King was nominated as a Woman of Crimson by the United Methodist Mission, and she has been affiliated with the Cedar Valley Nonprofit Association and the International Women’s Association. Prior to her career, she studied at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where she earned a Bachelor of Education in English in 1973. She finds her work to be rewarding and is particularly moved when others thank her and tell her how she helped change their lives.
