With the former organization, he is responsible for providing strategic leadership, coordinating with the board of directors and management to plan for future goals and sustainability. With his business consultancy, Mr. Shaver empowers his clients to think in creative ways about their business, and provides exemplary services to clients, always striving to justify the expense of his services by providing a substantial return on investment. He is passionate about working with his clients, which range from restaurants to bars, to concert venues, racetracks, and theaters.

Mr. Shaver earned a Bachelor of Arts in theater from Cardinal Stritch University in 2007, and a Master of Science in sports management from the same institution in 2011. In addition to his primary pursuits, he has worked as a stand-up comedian, actor, and entertainer since 2007, previously serving as the director of development for PrideFest Milwaukee from 2013 to 2017 and the director of marketing and sales for the Wild Planet Hospitality Group from 2011 to 2017. Mr. Shaver volunteers his time with multiple civic organizations and was recognized by BizTimes Media in the Inaugural Class of Notable LGBTQ Executives in 2020. He attributes his success to those who believed in him, pushed him, and gave him opportunities to succeed, and in the coming years, he hopes to engage with the preservation and support for fine and performing arts, which he sees as an endangered piece of our society. Mr. Shaver would like to be remembered as someone with a sense of humor, and as someone who always gave others his undivided attention and time.
