Skilled in expository and topical preaching with special expertise in deductive and inductive development of sermons and delivery, Dr. Ritchie is proud to support his congregants as they live out a Christian life in the world around them. He initially obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from American State University and served as the manager of a Kmart location for nearly 25 years. He is proud to have maintained the fourth-largest volume and profitable store in the country. Drawing upon a call from God to become a pastor, he earned a seminary degree from Indiana Wesleyan University, a Master of Arts degree in theology, and a Doctor of Arts in divinity. Thereafter, he became ordained as a Wesleyan Pastor. He then made it his mission to apply his business leadership expertise to running a successful church.
An exceptional public speaker and writer, Dr. Ritchie is renowned for his ability to connect the lessons of the Old and New Testaments to the current events of the world. Prior to his career with Cornerstone Church, he served as a board member and auditor to many churches across the western portion of the United States. Though his career has been suffused with highlights, he is gratified to have contributed to the shepherding and expansion of Cornerstone Church through his leadership and mentoring. Moreover, he has maintained professional affiliations with Wesleyan Church and the Ministers Association. Looking toward the future, he aims to establish a church in Egypt.
