Drawing a wealth of influence from the example of his father-in-law, who had served as a realtor in the area for decades, he felt compelled to obtain his own license during the early 1990s. Since then, Mr. Carson has dedicated himself to helping his clients become homeowners. Additionally, he has earned distinction as the founder and president of Gmob.com, a revolutionary email system, since 2009.

Prior to holding his current positions, Mr. Carson established Impression Group Real Estate in 1998, where he remained active until 2001. Previously, he served as a realtor on behalf of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate between 1991 and 1998. Mr. Carson initially prepared for his career by serving as an accountant in the U.S. Navy from 1983 until 1987, which provided him with the work ethic, discipline and sense of respect necessary to succeed in the field.
In accounting for his standout success, Mr. Carson credits his talents as a self-starter, a hard worker and a pioneer who blazes his own path. Among his many professional accomplishments, he is most proud to have been named the Rookie of the Year by Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, which encouraged him to continue excelling in his vocation.
