That same year, he joined Theodora Oringher, LLC, where he continues to flourish as chairman, president, and chief executive officer of the firm. Specializing in commercial and business disputes, Mr. Theodora practices in every area of business and commercial litigation, and he has represented many of the most recognized companies in the United States. Additionally, he is a member of the Stanford Law School clinical faculty in the field of advanced trial advocacy.
Renowned for his exceptional career, Mr. Theodora holds numerous honors, including consistent inclusion in Southern California Super Lawyers, Top 50 Orange County Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers in America, Top 100 Civil Defense Litigators in Southern California, and more. In 2020, he was recognized by the Best Lawyers in America as the 2020 Personal Injury – Defendants “Lawyer of the Year” Award Winner in Costa Mesa. Mr. Theodora attributes his success to a genuine passion for helping his clients, along with creative problem-solving.
In addition to his primary role, Mr. Theodora was recruited by Tiger Woods and his father Earl to serve as chairman of the board of directors of the Tiger Woods Learning Center, and he has chaired the Earl Woods Scholar Mentor Committee. He was a founding board member and officer of Shady Canyon Golf Club. He also provides strategic advice on complex business issues and transactions to companies and investors, as well as regularly advises elected officials on matters involving law, business and public policy. Presently, Mr. Theodora maintains affiliation with the American Board of Trial Advocates, American Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association and Association of Business Trial Lawyers. He hopes to continue practicing at his firm for many years to come.
