Tasha N. Little, school administrator at Mount Calvary Lutheran School, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in educational administration and counseling.
Ms. Little began her career as an educator teaching music at the K-12 level. After becoming more aware of how students in her community were not being exposed to college opportunities, she ultimately decided to pursue a career in counseling. Following the completion of her undergraduate education, she earned a Master of Science in counseling from Concordia University in 2009 and a Master of Science in administrative leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2014. Over the course of her career, she has served as a music teacher, principal, and school administrator for Mount Calvary Lutheran School. Though she has explored many different roles, her attentiveness and dedication to her students have remained consistent.
Ms. Little believes in the good in people and has remained dedicated to understanding differing viewpoints. She maintains professional affiliations with the American School Counseling Association, the Association for Supervision Curriculum Development, the Educators Association, the Music Educators Association, Golden Tea International, and Alpha Kappa Alpha. For her contributions in the field, she is honored to have been presented with the Women of Distinction Award. Looking toward the future, she aims to continue her career in a role that intersects her leadership, administrative, and counseling expertise and to provide students with someone they feel comfortable talking to on a personal level.
