Shanae Dix, CSP, vice president of Common Area Maintenance Services, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in winter cleanup services.
Ms. Dix has dedicated her career to providing her clients a wide range of winter maintenance services to keep their properties clear of snow and ice. Since taking over the business from her parents in 2003, she has supervised a team that serves the Denver metro area with snow plowing, dump truck plowing and sanding as well as shovel and ATV snow removal. Working alongside her brother as vice president of the company, she is responsible for marketing and administration and has nearly doubled total sales since stepping into the role.
Ms. Dix obtained a bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing and related support services from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa in 2007. Supplementing her professional career, she has excelled as an outreach coordinator for the board of directors of Freedom Hunters since 2011. For her contributions in the field, she is honored to have been presented with the Community Service Award as well as several safety awards from the Snow & Ice Management Association, and CAM Services has been named one of the Best Ice and Snow Companies to Work For. In an effort to equalize summer and winter income, her future plans for the company include expanding upon warm-weather services such as power sweeping, maintenance and improvement and power washing.
