Well regarded for her multifaceted career in several industries, Ms. Morguloff lends more than seven decades of experience to her role as a broker and associate at Ebby Halliday Realtors, through which she maintains the Morguloff Team alongside her daughter, Danna. Primarily focusing on assisting senior citizen clients in the areas of North Dallas, Preston Hollow, Park Cities, Northwood Hills and Plano, among others, their accumulated expertise in sales, knowledge, marketing and negotiation has earned them recognition as one of the top-rated teams in the company for more than 15 years, and on the company’s Top 30 Volume Productions Honor Roll since 1985. Likewise, Ms. Morguloff and her daughter have been listed prolifically by D-Magazine in their top production category and were included on Ebby Halliday’s Wall of Fame, a distinction for which only six other agents in the company have been similarly honored.
Prior to working in her present capacity, Ms. Morguloff served as a business protocol instructor for Ebby University. She is an emeritus member of the National Association of Realtors and a member of the Realtor Alliance and Women’s Council of Realtors. In honor of her various accomplishments, Ms. Morguloff was named as the Real Estate Agent of the Year in 1987, and was rated as the 79th top realtor in the state of Texas.
Before venturing onto her career path as a real estate agent, Ms. Morguloff studied at Southern Methodist University, from which she earned a Bachelor of Arts in marketing and a Master of Business Administration in 1965. She served as the secretary to the assistant controller of Exxon Mobile from 1948 until 1959. In accounting for her success, Ms. Morguloff credits the support and encouragement of her husband, as well as her competitive nature and desire to perform at the top of her field.
