Title: Director of Sales & Marketing
Company: Arandell Corp.
Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States
Jake Hoffman, Director of Sales & Marketing at Arandell Corp., has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in print and direct mail marketing.
Since 2019, Mr. Hoffman has been the director of sales and marketing for Arandell Corporation, where he manages direct mail and catalog sales and advertising campaigns for the company’s clients. He joined Arandell Corporation in 2017 as a brand strategist and rapidly transitioned to become an accounts executive before assuming his current role. Mr. Hoffman was named a Rising Star in the print industry by Printing Impressions in 2021, and is responsible for launching Arandell Corporation’s digital print division, which represents a major part of the company’s future business strategy.
Mr. Hoffman earned a Bachelor’s degree in business marketing at the University of Wisconsin- La Crosse in 2015, and began his career in 2014 as an associate project manager with GMR Marketing. At GMR Marketing, Mr. Hoffman specialized in experiential marketing and digital strategy and transitioned into print marketing on the advice of his father, an accountant in the industry. He soon found that print marketing represented a combination of everything that had drawn him to marketing: data management and integration, a big-picture approach to reaching consumers, and room to perfect his craft.
In 2021, Mr. Hoffman completed his Master of Business Administration in entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial studies at the Keller Graduate School of Management at DeVry University. He is the founder of Printers Under 40, a trade group for younger print marketing professionals, and the creator and host of the Millennials in Print Podcast. He hopes to continue to bring a fresh approach to what he describes as a “mature” industry and to draw others into the field in the same way. Mr. Hoffman sits on the board of the ANA Business Marketing Association, and works in the community as a mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters of America and a leader in the Pelizaeus-Merzbacher Disease Association, an advocacy and research group for those living with the rare neurological disorder, including his older brother.
