Jennifer Yeo, CEO of Presidio Real Estate, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in real estate brokerage.
Since 2011, Ms. Yeo has been the CEO and owner of Presidio Real Estate, a luxury residential real estate brokerage serving clients throughout Utah and Idaho. She graduated from Utah Valley University in 1999 with a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, and began her career in the public relations industry as the research manager for Connect PR, where she remained until 2005. While working in PR, Ms. Yeo realized her passion for working with people and helping others, and she decided to transition to the real estate field as an agent for Prudential. Ms. Yeo spent the next six years developing her expertise in high-end residential sales and listings, and launched her own brokerage in 2011.
Presidio Real Estate currently manages more than 350 agents and twelve offices, and is in the top ten percent of Utah agencies by market share. Ms. Yeo credits her success to her desire to improve the industry as a whole, and offers her employees ongoing professional training and a team-focused environment to encourage a commitment to excellence. She holds numerous specialist credentials from the Residential Real Estate Council and the National Association of Realtors, and has received numerous awards, most recently Diamond Vanguard’s 2019 Real Estate Agent of the Year and the 2018 Realtor of the Year Award from her local Board of Realtors. Ms. Yeo sits on the grievance committee of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors and is the former State Governor and President of the Utah County Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors. In addition, she sits on the board of directors of the Koken Company, and has donated tuition funds to local students. Ms. Yeo looks forward to expanding Presidio Real Estate to offer luxury homebuying services to clients around the country in the coming years.
