After earning certifications as a Notary Public in the State of Texas and a registered tax return preparer by the International Revenue Service, she completed coursework in general studies at Blinn College, studied Master of Business Administration essentials and contributed to the Women as 21st Century Leaders track at Park University. She began her professional career as a supervisor and a senior tax advisor with H&R Block, holding the position from 1987 to 2006. Thereafter, she found notable success as a tax accountant with Seidel, Schroeder & Company from 2006 to 2009 and a partner and tax professional B-CS Tax Group, Inc. from 2009 to 2015. Applying a lifetime of accrued experience, she thereafter became inspired to establish her own business.
Supplementing her professional career, Ms. Holladay has served as the chair of the American Business Women’s Association (ABWA) Houston Area Council, the president of the ABWA Leading Women Express Network and the ABWA Bryan/College Station Charter Chapter, the vice president of ABWA District II, the treasurer of the American Petroleum Institute- Brazos Valley Chapter and an ambassador of the Bryan/College Station Chamber of Commerce. For her contributions in the field, she is honored to have received accolades such as the Eagle’s Readers’ Choice Award, the Global CEO Excellence Award from CEO Monthly Magazine. Moreover, she is regarded as a Top 10 Businesswoman of the American Business Woman Association, a Woman of Distinction by the Girl Scouts of Central Texas, a nominee for a Central Texas Women of Influence Award and the Volunteer of the Year by the Bryan/College Station Chamber of Commerce. Above all, she attributes her success to the support of her friends and family, the referrals she receives and the loyalty of her clients, many of which who have been with her for nearly 40 years.
