Since 2015, she has been a team lead and realtor for Living Texas Style Real Estate Group, and since 2018, she has also sold properties through eXp Realty, LLC. Ms. Cofer has been ranked in America’s Top 1% of agents, recommended by Barbara Corcoran, and presented with a Broker-Agents Top Agent Award in recognition of her ongoing commitment to excellence.
Throughout her career, Ms. Cofer has pursued extensive professional education, and she holds more than half a dozen industry credentials, including Seller Representative Specialist, Pricing Strategy Advisor, and Certified Real Estate Brokerage Specialist certifications. Prior to entering the real estate industry, she spent 25 years as a full-time paralegal working in civil litigation. After being laid off in 2008, she and her husband purchased their first investment property and discovered a passion for the field. Ms. Cofer joined Keller Williams Realty Amarillo in 2008.
While building her real estate business, Ms. Cofer continued to work in office settings as an executive assistant in the Office of C.C. Burgess and a paralegal with Mullin Hoard & Brown. She became a full-time realtor in 2013 as a member of the Coldiron Real Estate Group, and spent 2015 through 2018 with Horton Neely Realtors, LLC before moving into her current roles. Ms. Cofer holds a degree in business administration from West Texas A&M University, and completed additional coursework at Amarillo College. Within five years, she hopes to become a licensed real estate broker and to launch her own business, and looks forward to continuing to grow as a professional.
