Commencing her career as a set decorator for film and television, Ms. Ballard found her way into the world of real estate by the influence of her own real estate broker and former film director, Ed Jelinek. For six years, she excelled as the owner of her own design company, in which she focused on the renovation of homes, eventually leading her to her calling. With this sentiment, Ms. Ballard has been the broker and real estate agent of @properties in Chicago, Illinois since 2011. In her role, she leads a small, high-volume team with four people – in the past 12 months, they have closed $42 million in sales. Ms. Ballard’s particular area of expertise is residential real estate in Chicago particularly on the north side of Chicago and the North Shore. She works from downtown, all the way north to Glencoe.
As one of Chicago’s top-producing brokers, Ms. Ballard understands market conditions and trends that can directly affect the sale or purchase of your home.
