Courtney Lukitsch, Chief Executive Officer at Gotham PR, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in public relations.
A seasoned business professional with years of expertise in business consulting, change management, global communications, branding and digital marketing to her credit, Ms. Lukitsch began her New York PR career as at TSI/Interpublic and Peppercom, and was named a Vice President at Rubenstein Public Relations.
Over the years, she also expanded upon her knowledge as a lecturer at Columbia University and Ringling College, School of Business, Art & Design. Furthermore, Ms. Lukitsch serves as a host committee member for Open House New York.
Supported by her multifaceted experience, Ms. Lukitsch excels today as the chief executive officer and founder of Gotham Public Relations Inc., an award-winning marketing and communications agency with office locations in New York, Florida and London, which has successfully completed more than 500 campaigns over two decades.
Throughout the course of her career, she has worked with clients in the art, design, architecture, cultural advocacy – as well as emerging technology, mixed use retail, real estate development and socially conscious urban planning.
In her capacity as the head of the company, Ms. Lukitsch drive strategy, business development, brand awareness and creative programming for her clients through press placements, marketing events and global partnerships.
Due to her outstanding work, Ms. Lukitsch has been quoted in such national publications as AdWeek, Commercial Observer, Fast Company, Forbes, New York Magazine, Vox Media and Women’s Radio Network.

An expert in her field, Ms. Lukitsch holds a Bachelor of Science in English and history from the College of William and Mary and a Master of Science in international relations from Bilkent University.
Driven to remain aware of ongoing changes in the field, she aligns herself with the National Organization for Professional Women, New York Women in Communications, the Public Relations Society of America, the International Society for Professional Women and Forbes Communication Council, among others. In conjunction with her work, Ms. Lukitsch is the founding board member of Women and Worth in the United States and One Gold Nugget in the United Kingdom.
While her career has been filled with highlights, Ms. Lukitsch is most proud to have tripled her business during the pandemic. Long driven by a quality of fearlessness, she earned recognition among the Best Women in the PR Industry Award via CEO Today Global — and the New York Commercial Observer cites Gotham PR as a top boutique firm representing top tier talent in the city.
Looking toward the future, Ms. Lukitsch will publish “Creating Significance: How to Design Your Life’s Work” (Worth Media / Simon and Schuster, 2022), which showcases how to create, launch and promote a legacy brand and business.
She is working on a new television series that promotes design, and will also teach a masterclass in Marketing PR in 2022 into 2023, corresponding to her new book.
