Backed by more than two decades of professional expertise, Mrs. Kerr has excelled as the founder and chief executive director of Lumisque Skincare, a cosmeceutical company that provides skincare products to medical providers as well as through e-commerce. Founded in 2015 to combat aging, she discovered a new way to deliver carbon dioxide through the skin by using a gel. This process is carboxytherapy, the therapeutic use of carbon dioxide for skin regeneration. A certified nutritional consultant by the Global College of Natural Medicine, Mrs. Kerr earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting and business from the Stata University of New York at Albany in 1997.
Prior to her current role, Mrs. Kerr served as the director of sales for Ecologicx First from 2004 to 2006 and as a financial consultant for Salomon Smith Barney Holdings Inc. from 2000 to 2004. Between 1995 and 2000, she gained experience as an auditor for KPMG, an accountant for the National Urban League, and as an independent consultant for Morinda, Inc. Finding great success throughout the course of her career, Mrs. Kerr was named to the Top 100 Outstanding Women in Broward County, as well as inducted to the Prestige Club of Broward. She attributes her success to her passion and her ability to develop and maintain relationships, along with the support of her husband. Looking toward the future, Mrs. Kerr plans to expand her business and attain distributors outside the country. Additionally, her goal is to have larger visibility of their product in terms of education and marketing.
