Peter Huessy, President at GeoStrategic Analysis, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in defense consulting.

Since 1982, Mr. Huessy has provided exemplary service as president of defense consulting firm GeoStrategic Analysis and as director of strategic deterrent studies at the Mitchell Institute for Aerospace Studies based in Arlington, Virginia. Previously, he had excelled as Deputy Secretary for International Affairs and State Relations for the United States Department of the Interior from 1979 to 1981, a Senior Defense Consultant at the Air Force Association and as a consultant with the National Defense University Foundation, which aids in ensuring the United States’ collective and international security.

Mr. Huessy counts among his areas of expertise terrorism and counterterrorism, missile defense, nuclear deterrence, and arms control. Mr. Huessy has made an impact in developing and implementing public policy campaigns to secure support for important national security objectives, and has published articles in the Washington Times, Gatestone Institute, The Hill, Human Events, National Review, Fox News and Frontiers of Freedom, and has appeared as a guest frequently on the John Batchelor and Don Smith syndicated radio programs.

Mr. Huessy obtained a master’s degree, magna cum laude, in international affairs and public diplomacy from Columbia University in New York in 1975. He also holds Bachelor of Science in international relations, national security studies and anthropology from Beloit College, Wisconsin and archeology from Yonsei University, Seoul, South Korea. Mr. Huessy has won a Lifetime Achievement Award from the National Defense Industry Association and proudly serves as a senior fellow with the Gatestone Institute, the Jewish Institute for National Security of America (JINSA) and the American Foreign Policy Council (AFPC). In the coming years, he would like to continue his success with GeoStrategic Analysis and also continue to write and make television appearances.
