Brian D. Terry, Director of Sales at Nordic Naturals, Inc., has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in nutrition marketing.
Mr. Terry joined Nordic Naturals, Inc., a premier nutrient supplements company, in 2018 and has provided superior service as a national account and sales manager and since 2021 as Director of Sales Food, Drug, Mass and Specialty. In this capacity, he oversees the sales of one of the company’s newest divisions, which includes outlets in large pharmacy store chains such as Target, CVS, Kroger and Walgreens, manages internet and pet accounts, and oversees a team of 12 people that handles everything from sales support to new business. Previously, Mr. Terry had excelled as product manager with Walgreens, the national drugstore chain, as national sales manager with Renew Life and director of sales with Qualitas Health.
Mr. Terry prepared for his career with a Bachelor of Science in business management and administration from Xavier University of Louisiana in New Orleans in 2009. He sits on the board of Vitamin Angels, a nonprofit organization that assists in delivering nutrients to underserved populations and he founded the Vitamin D Initiative, which provides the vitamin for the African-American community, for which he won an award from the Nutrition Business Journal in 2020.
Attributing his success to strong family ties, as well as to being guided by mentors who believed in him early in his career and provided him with the opportunities to grow professionally, Mr. Terry is very grateful to his very supportive wife and family, including his grandparents and uncles, who have helped him throughout his journey.
