Ms. Stephenson is a licensed real estate broker and Certified Residential Specialist with more than 40 years of experience in the real estate industry. She began taking secretarial coursework at Phoenix College before discovering her interest in real estate, and was drawn to the field by its potential for success without requiring four or more years of college. She got her real estate license in 1974, and started her career as an associate with Century 21 and John Hall. Throughout her career, Ms. Stephenson has worked with banks, real estate firms, and attorneys, and handled transactions including bank foreclosures, commercial and land sales, and property management contracts.
Ms. Stephenson is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Multimillion Dollar Club. She credits her success to her dedication and flexibility, noting how much the industry has changed and emphasizing the need for patience through market highs and lows. She considers her greatest accomplishment to be helping clients accomplish their goals of homeownership and strong investment portfolios, and looks forward to retiring in the coming years.
