Dr. Wachtel has prospered for over two decades as a pioneer in bringing innovative patient wellness solutions for chronic disease management at pharmaceutical companies such as Digitas Health, Lupin Pharmaceuticals, Razorfish Healthcare, Ogilvy Commonhealth Worldwide, Ferring Pharmaceuticals and Novartis. Her accomplishments include launching some of the first, award-winning personalized CRM programs and earliest inclusions of behavioral psychology into pharmaceutical marketing.
In 2008, Dr. Wachtel founded New Solutions Factory, a specialized consulting consortium of behavioral science marketing and healthcare analytics experts. She has over 15 years of expertise in the field, including extensive knowledge in customer engagement, branding, marketing, predictive analytics, CRM, multi-channel engagement/behavior modeling, market research and assessing behavioral-driven triggers for the pharmaceutical industry and consumer packaged goods. In her varied roles as senior vice president of strategy, she has been responsible for leading team assignments, strategy design, market research, measurement planning and advising clients in the development of multi-channel segmented CRM programs to effectively drive marketing results.

Dr. Wachtel’s focus includes giving back to others. She has donated university scholarships to young people across many disciplines, currently participates on the board of Women Who Create, NYC non-profit mentor and scholarship organization for women of color and volunteers to support K-12 STEAM curriculum for underserved youth for CreateIt labs, a non-profit maker space and full-scale product development facility. Dr. Wachtel hopes to be able to continue to support others in the future by convincing corporations to also help support in these charitable efforts.
