Mr. Wauters manages all LMC Houston operations and oversees company construction. In addition, Mr. Wauters has donated his time and efforts to Habitat for Humanity, the nonprofit building affordable housing employing volunteer labor, and multiple others. Attributing his success to the dedication and work ethics that drive him, he considers his most notable achievement to be the advancement of LMC Corporation, which has gone from a small normal-size construction company to a nationally recognized company during his 20-year career there. In the coming years, Mr. Wauters is aiming for a continuing successful relationship with all of LMC’s partners.
