Title: Chief Executive Officer
Company: The Loan Doctor & Associates Inc.
Location: Upland, California, United States
Eugene Valdez, Chief Executive Officer at The Loan Doctor & Associates Inc., has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in finance consulting.
Since 2016, Mr. Valdez has flourished as founder and chief executive officer of The Loan Doctor & Associates Inc., a full-service banking and finance consulting company whose target market are chief executive officers of privately-owned businesses primarily located in the Inland Empire. He thrived as a commercial banker for nearly 40 years, holding senior lending positions with such banks as Bank of California, Wells Fargo, Community Bank and Citizens Business Bank. His specialty was serving the needs of privately owned businesses with annual sales of $250,000 to $50,000,000.
After initially obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) in 1975, Mr. Valdez continued his education with a Master of Business Administration in finance and marketing from UCLA in 1975. As the founder and chief executive officer of the Claremont Advisory Company from 1990 to 1999, he worked with hundreds of chief executive officers. Mr. Valdez has also appeared on radio and TV as an expert of the subject of entrepreneurship and business finance.
Mr. Valdez thereupon excelled as senior vice president and private banker with Wells Fargo Bank from 2005 to 2007, vice president and senior relationship manager with Community Bank of Inland Empire from 2008 to 2011, senior vice president and Inland Empire regional manager of Pacific Mercantile Bank from 2011 to 2014, and senior vice president and manager with the Chino Business Finance Center and Citizens Business Bank from 2014 to 216. In addition, Mr. Valdez provided superior service as adjunct professor of business with Oak Valley College in Upland, California, since 2018.
Mr. Valdez considers his most notable achievement to be obtaining his MBA from UCLA, as well as when he took the plunge and started his own business from scratch. He initially lost a high amount of income, but through sheer grit and hard work, he was almost equal in the same amount of salary he had been getting as a banker in his own company within three years. Mr. Valdez utilizes that experience as a foundation of what he teaches business owners today, especially those who are starting from scratch.
