Dalia Vernikovsky, Chief Executive Officer at Applied Seals North America, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in manufacturing.
With more than 35 years of professional experience to her credit, Ms. Vernikovsky has excelled as the chief executive officer and general manager for Applied Seals North America (ASNA) Inc. since 2009. A joint venture company operating alongside a Taiwanese manufacturing company to provide a portfolio of semiconductor grade seal materials to industries around the globe, ASNA Inc. serves clients in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and solar industries, among other scientific sectors. Offering affordable and timely engineering services as well, Ms. Vernikovsky notably handles her sales meetings and team management personally to ensure the priorities and direction of her staff are in alignment.
Prior to her success with ASNA Inc., Ms. Vernikovsky was active as a sales manager with Greene Twwed & Co. from 1985 to 2001, the vice president of sales and marketing for Eshinui from 2000 to 2003 and the vice president of strategic account development at Brooks Automation from 2003 to 2009. During this time, she graduated, cum laude, from Colorado Technical University with a Bachelor of Arts in business management in 2004. Furthermore, Ms. Vernikovsky completed service in the Israeli Army for 14 months before relocating to the United States.
Beyond her primary endeavors, Ms. Vernikovsky has been dedicated to animal rescue efforts, including through her volunteer affiliation with the Ohlone Humane Society in Alameda County, California since 2012 and PAWS since 2011. She has also supported veterans organizations and Meals on Wheels in her spare time. A former member of the SEMI Sales and Marketing Executive Council, Ms. Vernikovsky has further contributed to SEMI as the chairperson of Standards for Polymeric Applications and an author for SEMI Standards.
As a testament to her professional tenacity and passion, Ms. Vernikovsky was celebrated with an All-Star Award in 2019, a Humanitarian Award for helping homeless and elderly animals, and induction in the Hall of Fame in the semiconductor industry. She has also proudly obtained a Black Belt in Taekwondo in 2015. Moreover, Ms. Vernikovsky impressively developed a $90-million market share for ASNA as a result of their high-performance o-rings with major OEMs and end users.
Likewise, Ms. Vernikovsky has authored a number of esteemed publications since 2000, including “Sealing Materials for The Semiconductor Industry” in 2000, “Reflections: Magic Beyond the Pain” in 2008, “Reflections II: The Magic Beyond the Pain” in 2020 and “Reflections III: The Magic Beyond the Pain: The Journey, My Impact, Their Impact” in 2020. During the COVID-19 Pandemic, she returned to academia in order to accrue a certification for nonprofit administration. Looking toward the future, Ms. Vernikovsky hopes to establish an exceptionally ethical nonprofit organization to help save and shelter animals while educating others on the humane treatment of animals.
