Ralph Lichtenwalner, architectural and landscape artist, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in architectural rendering.
An award-winning artist since he was in grammar school and a professional since 1983, Mr. Lichtenwalner gained his first local fame in 2000 when one of his first solo exhibits was featured at Nazareth High School and showcased his colored pencil landscapes. His work has been featured at various juried shows, galleries and venues throughout Eastern Pennsylvania, including ArtsQuest’s Banana Factory in Bethlehem. Over the years, he has specialized in architectural renderings for prospective buyers, preparing artist renderings of individual apartments for the Allentown, Pennsylvania firm of Wallace and Watson Associates. Mr. Lichtenwalner additionally filled the rooms of Spring Garden Apartments with furniture and accessories to be shown to potential renters.
In 2018, Mr. Lichtenwalner was nominated for the ArtTour International Magazine’s Top 60 Masters of Contemporary Art Award. He has been likewise recognized as a Preferred Artist at Xanadu Gallery in Scottsdale, Arizona. He attributes his success to continuous practice and always studies and carefully observes things such as the color of a leaf and the color of the ground. His parents became very supportive of him when they discovered his artistic ability. In the coming years, Mr. Lichtenwalner would like to become renowned in the landscape art world and would like to display some of his art in a major museum such as the National Gallery.
