Don Locker, Pilot and Aircraft Mechanic, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in aviation.

Mr. Locker recalls that he fell in love with aviation when he was 12 years old. From watching his father excel as a crop duster, he had always been around aviation and could not imagine it not being in his life as a career or as a hobby. When he graduated from high school, Mr. Locker worked a commercial pilot and a flight instructor. He attended a trade school and obtained his aircraft mechanic license three years later, opening up great opportunities for him in the aviation industry.

Notably, Mr. Locker has accumulated 30,300 hours of flight time throughout his career in aviation. To remain abreast of his field, he maintains his professional affiliation with the Air Line Pilots Association International and the Experimental Aircraft Association. Attributing his success to his good work ethic, he adds that always being available and ready to work has boded well for him throughout his career. With this sentiment, Mr. Locker’s advice to the next generation who wants to be a pilot or work in the aviation industry is to work hard and get plenty of training. With his retirement close in sight, he hopes to remain close to his passion in any capacity.
