Since 2017, Mr. Erskine has found much success as co-founder and principal of Dynamic Blending, a third party contract manufacturer of cosmetics, personal care, skin care and dietary supplements, and much more. The company has excelled as one of the West’s fastest growing contract manufacturing companies, working with over 400 clients worldwide. As principal, Mr. Erskine has led over 11,500% of in-house growth in less than four years, increased revenue six-fold year-over-year, and Dynamic Blending has won Utah’s Best in State Award, 61 on Entrepreneur 360 List and was awarded the Gold Best Globe Award for Business to Business Services.
In addition, since 2015, Mr. Erskine has served as chief executive officer of NarcX in Vineyard, an independently-validated method of on-site destruction for opioid and other prescription drugs that is in accordance with DEA, CFR and EPA policy and guidelines. Moreover, Mr. Erskine has prospered as co-founder of VivaRed Supplements, a dietary supplements company; as lead Investor of Launch Fulfillment, a 3PL freight logistics pick and pack fulfillment company; as co-founder of ProcureMe, a global supply chain and logistics company; and as founding partner of Red Giant Ventures, an angel investment firm, where he works to help and inspire aspiring entrepreneurs.
In preparation for his career, following earning a Bachelor of Arts in finance in 2011 from the University of Phoenix, Mr. Erskine continued his education with a Master of Business Administration in international business in 2013 from Northeastern University in Boston. In addition, he holds a Harvard Business School Certificate in Disruptive Strategy.
Mr. Erskine attributes his success to the example his parents, who instilled the value of hard work and persistence in him and his siblings. Mr. Erskine’s most notable achievement has been the short-term high successes of Dynamic Blending. Even with a high overhead cost industry, he and his business partner were able to launch the manufacturing company and rank number 17 on the Inc. list in just three years.
