Since 2019, Ms. Panda has prospered as chief executive officer of Rosalind IT Services, a premier IT organization based in Staten Island specializing in website design, development, digital and social media marketing, promotions and campaigns. In addition, the firm offers consulting, staffing and recruiting services. Previously, Ms. Panda had prospered from 2016 to 2019 as a senior software developer with Tier1 Inc., True Image Interactive and UPMC and as a senior lead developer with Heartland Payment Systems in Pittsburgh. She then excelled as a senior software developer with Sapphire Digital, Dell Technologies and UnitedHealth Group from 2020 to 2021.
Hailing from India, Ms. Panda initially obtained a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems, and computer application in 2005 from Utkal University in Bhubaneswar and completed postgraduate work in computer science at Odisha Computer Academy in 2006. Upon immigrating to the United States, she earned an associate degree in computer science in 2013 from Foothill College in Los Altos Hills, California.
Besides her work in information technology, Ms. Panda is an accomplished oil painter, specializing in abstract art and landscapes, and founded Rosalind Arts in 2018 to distribute her work. Her paintings can be seen in Google, Inc., Thermo Fisher Scientific, and the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, and she was exhibited at the Agora Gallery in New York.
Looking toward the future, Ms. Panda is hoping for continued success in information technology administration and intends to contribute her artwork to various charitable functions and auctions, as well as to achieve greater recognition for her aptitude as an oil painter.
