Victor Santucci, President at Garden State Exotic Pets, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in real estate sales and entrepreneurship.
Following coursework in business management from 2005 to 2006 with Western International University in Tempe, Arizona, Mr. Santucci obtained a Bachelor in Business Management in 2006 and a Master in Business Administration in 2012 from Ashford University, now known as The University of Arizona Global Campus.
Mr. Santucci gained valuable initial experience as a general manager from 2003 to 2010 with Wawa, Inc. and a store manager with Family Dollar from 2010 to 2011. He provided superior service as a regional director of retail operations and district manager with Goodwill Industries from 2011 to 2013, where he oversaw a multi-unit operation consisting of 22 retail and 22 revenue-based locations consisting of nearly 1200 employees.
Since 2013, as chief executive officer of Santucci Real Estate and Associates, Mr. Santucci formulated and executed sales strategies to drive sales throughout New Jersey for a firm with over $175M in annual revenue. He oversaw all aspects of field sales, inside sales, sales training, meetings and conventions and led a team of 10 sales agents, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), recruited and trained staff, and managed team performance to achieve sales objectives. Additionally, since 2018 he has prospered as president and chief executive officer with Garden State Exotic Pets in Matawan, New Jersey.
Mr. Santucci attributes his success to his parents, who instilled in him a strong work ethic and value in education. His parents showed him the importance of hard work, honesty, passion, and care. In addition, he emphasizes his love of animals in his decision to open an exotic pet shop. In the coming years, Mr. Santucci would like to open another pet store or two. He has been working on e-commerce sales for the store and would like to offer his products nationally.
