She provided superior service as a customer service representative from 2011 to 2012 with Hurlburt Field Air Force Base in Okaloosa County, Florida, and as an administrative assistant and later executive assistant and administrative supervisor from 2012 to 2020 with the Mirage Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, with her tasks including but were not limited to maintaining office administration and efficiency, supervising administrative staff, and maintaining office records, with all duties performed in accordance with federal, state, local laws, regulations, and ordinances, as well as department and company policies, practices, and procedures.

Ms. Chapman has a long history of being a professional executive assistant.
