His specialty niches include construction, manufacturing, property management, sports and professional liability of all kinds.
Following obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Russian history and macroeconomics in 1992 from the University of Manitoba, Mr. Feasey joined Ranger Insurance as an account executive in 1993, where he managed and grew a portfolio of accounts both regionally and nationally with expertise in personal insurance and commercial insurance, bonding and professional liability. Beginning in 1999, Mr. Feasey excelled as a sales manager and later senior vice president of commercial sales with the firm, which was acquired by Arthur J. Gallagher Canada Limited in 2014. Currently, his duties include providing the strategic direction and execution of Sales strategies, devising income and expense budgets and sales reward programs. In addition, he works with sales managers to ensure professional growth and service Standards are upheld.
Avidly concerned with community affairs, Mr. Feasey is a member of a local group of 10 businessmen in Winnipeg who do charitable donations to an agreed charitable foundation every quarter. He attributes his success to the great mentorship of his father as well as some of his partners. In the coming years, he would like to become a consultant on sales strategy and publish some books on insurance.
