With nearly 20 years of professional experience to her credit, Ms. Cloud has found success as a producer for the Santa Maria Community TV Network and both a producer and host of “The Kimberly Cloud Show,” in which she talks about people from the past, present and future. Ms. Cloud has further excelled as the chief executive officer for Wigs For Success LLC since 2021 as well as the founder, chief operating officer and chief executive officer for Blue Cloud Cleaning Co. LLC and Genuinely Michelle Wigs since 2020, all of which are operating in their sophomore stages. Prior to these positions, she was active as a customer service representative for Alorica from 2012 to 2013 and Convergys from 2006 to 2008. Ms. Cloud began her career working in the culinary arts for the U.S. Army between 2003 and 2006.
As a testament to her stellar business acumen and her personable public presence, Ms. Cloud has been featured on “The Round Table Talk Show with Sharifah Hardie,” La Raza Radio and the “Podcast Business News Network” in addition to myriad publications such as Voyage New York, ACCESSWIRE, New York Weekly, the Santa Maria Times and the Los Angeles Wire. To better refine her applicable skill set and wealth of knowledge, she has earned a high school diploma with honors, a Bachelor of Communication in media studies from Hawaii Pacific University, an Associate of Science in substance abuse, addiction counseling and human services from Baltimore City Community College, a Bachelor of Applied Science in psychology from Coppin State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Moreover, she has been presented with the Trio Stairs Award Certificate of Recognition and a Certificate of Completion from the Golden Key International Honor Society. Looking toward the future, Ms. Cloud hopes to continue thriving in her present pursuits while completing her coursework in film, cinema and video studies at Alan Hancock College.
