Paul Dadian, Vice President of Broadcast Products at Igolgi, Inc. has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in broadcast media sales.
Since 2020, Mr. Dadian has found much success as director of sales with Igolgi, a premier compression and encoding technology firm whose engineers have provided innovative, flexible, and high-quality solutions for the broadcast, cable, LPTV and government markets. With Igolgi, he is responsible for domestic over the air (OTA) sales within television broadcast space.
Following coursework with Mount Vernon Nazarene University in Mount Vernon, Ohio, Mr. Dadian obtained a bachelor’s degree in urban planning and design from the University of Cincinnati in 1988. He then provided superior service as an architect and planner with Childress and Cunningham Architects in Cincinnati from 1989 to 1994. After excelling in sales with CC Electro Sales from 1993 to 2002, he served as partner and co-owner with RCartz from 2002 to 2004, as a mid-tier accounts manager with Harris Corporation from 2004 to 2007 and broadcast sales manager with iBiquity Digital from 2007 to 2009.
With Electronics Research, Inc., Mr. Dadian flourished as a Central Region radio accounts manager from 2009 to 2012, handling RF and RF Infrastructure solutions for radio groups and station owners across 13 central states. He then served as regional accounts manager with Linear Industries Inc. from 2012 to 2013, providing LPTV digital transmission solutions for the eastern United States, and subsequently as sales manager for Anywave Communications Technologies Inc. from 2013 to 2020.
Being a good listener has been the most important component of Mr. Dadian’s achievements, whose ability to adapt to numerous changes in his life enabled him to navigate several career transitions successfully. While working with Childress & Cunningham Architects, he had a unique opportunity to work in sales, which steered his interest toward the art of attracting clients. It served as the genesis of his career in sales, a niche that he has found most rewarding.
As a career highlight, Mr. Dadian cites tripling the sales on his first year with Igolgi, Inc. The company used to have a distributor and reseller-based sales to one that is direct, channeled and more customer-based sales. It was greatly appreciated by the owners. In addition, he is equally proud of Ramar Communications using Ogolgi’s encoding product exclusively. In the coming years, Mr. Dadian plans to stay active in his current role, continuing to forge good relationships with customers.
