After the company she was working for went bankrupt. Ms. Wu ended her career as an optician and turned her attention to real estate, and since 2002 she has excelled as a licensed real estate agent in residential and commercial properties with Comey and Shepherd Realtors in Cincinnati, where in excess of 500 real estate transactions, her total sales have surpassed $100 million. For her expertise, Ms. Wu has garnered awards such as Highest Honor from Comey and Shepherd Realtors and she is a multiple-time recipient of the Circle of Excellence award for the past 15 years.
Word of mouth has been a central marketing asset in Ms. Wu’s career, thanks mostly to her honesty and skills in providing professional services to her clients. Keeping abreast of her field through classes and seminars has likewise greatly aided her in educating her clients, whom she treats more like friends and family rather than clients. She goes the extra mile by organizing parties for her clients to introduce them to the community and help them feel more at home in their new environment. Additionally, she acknowledges the role of her family’s support in her success as well. Her husband of 37 years is very understanding of the demands of her job.
