Heather Fleming, President and Chief Executive Officer at Sharelooms, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in preservation of family video and audio.
Ms. Fleming initially provided superior service as a print associate Countrywide KB Home Loans from 1999 to 2000. After obtaining a Bachelor of Science in graphic communication from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, magna cum laude, in 2001, she prospered as a management associate with Wallace Computer Services from 2001 to 2003, customer service manager with commercial printer RR Donnelley from 2003 to 2004 and project manager of Self-Project Management from 2004 to 2005.
In 2005, Ms. Fleming founded Sharelooms, Inc., a successful firm based in San Diego dedicated to helping families share their stories for future generations by producing video biographies, custom coffee-table books of photographs, preserving and editing home movies, scanning and retouching photographs, transferring media such as 8MM, Super 8 MM, 16MM, DVD, VHS and others to digital, and assembling photos and video and audio files for memorial services.
Ms. Fleming was inspired to develop Sharelooms after hearing her recently deceased grandfather’s voice on an answering machine and realized that having family members’ voices, stories, and pictures preserved for their descendants is a powerful experience. In the coming years, Ms. Fleming hopes to expand Sharelooms outside the San Diego region.
