He has previously served as a territory account manager for mobile computers for the mid-atlantic region of Datalogic in 2021, a key account manager for the northeast region of Datalogic from 2017 to 2021, a segment manager for the mid-atlantic and eastern region for INOPAK from 2015 to 2017 and a regional sales manager for INOPAK in Forest Hill, Maryland from 2013 to 2015. Prior to these appointments, Mr. Winner worked with packaging and sales with Lindenmeyr Munroe from 2012 to 2013, a mid-atlantic regional sales manager with Microscan from 2010 to 2012, and a sales director and associate for INOPAK between 2006 and 2012.
Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Winner found success for nearly 25 years as an investigator for the Military Police Corps. Furthermore, he pursued a formal education at Columbus State Community College, earning an associate degree in 1992. He subsequently began his civilian career selling manufacturing equipment for his father’s company within the woodworking industry. Following these accomplishments, Mr. Winner concluded his academic efforts at Grand Canyon University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in applied management in 2011.
Beyond his primary responsibilities, Mr. Winner has participated in numerous endeavors outside of his professional circles. Between 2017 and 2020, he contributed to the Harford County American Legion Post 39 as a commander. Moreover, he has been distinguished as a lifetime member of the American Legion. Mr. Winner is also affiliated with his local chapter of the Knights of Columbus.
In light of his exceptional undertakings, Mr. Winner has accrued several accolades throughout his career. The recipient of several awards from the U.S. military, he has been additionally recognized on multiple occasions by his employers for his outstanding salesmanship. In fact, he was notably honored as the Number One Sales Person for Capital Equipment Sales by Datalogic as well as the Number One Salesman by Abwood in the 1990s. Mr. Winner is also proud to have successfully developed and implemented a new product line leading to substantial year-to-year growth within his field.
Mr. Winner has attributed his success to the stellar support he has received from his wife and family, his unwavering faith and his integrity. Initially serving his country as a reservist in the U.S. Army, he is incredibly proud of managing the school house for the Military Police Corps as well as the success of the Harford County American Legion Post 39, which rose in revenue from $750,000 to $1.3 million under his impressive leadership. Looking toward the future, Mr. Winner hopes to continue contributing to FILTEC as a strategic account member before advancing to an administrative sales position.
